Target Software, Inc. ("Target") is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the Target Software, Inc. Online Privacy Statement (the "Online Privacy Statement") below.
This Online Privacy Statement applies to data collected by Target through its web sites and services as well as through other methods. It does not apply to Target sites, services, and products that do not display or link to this statement or that have their own privacy statements. This Online Privacy Policy also does not apply to web sites of other parties to which we may provide links because we are not responsible, and cannot control, the privacy practices or content of those sites.
Collection of Your Personal Information
In order to access some Target services, you will be asked to sign in with a username and password. By signing in on one Target site or service, you may be automatically signed into other Target sites and services.
At certain Target sites, we may ask you to provide personal information, such as your e-mail address. We may also collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with Target sites and services. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring web site addresses.
When you receive newsletters or promotional e-mail from Target, we may use customized links or similar technologies to determine whether the e-mail has been opened and which links you click in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or other information.

Target collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve its sites and deliver the services or carry out the transactions you have requested. These uses may include providing you with requested services; making the sites or services easier to use; performing research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies; and displaying content that is customized to your interests and preferences.
We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications including but not limited to welcome letters, billing reminders, or information on technical service issues. Some Target services, such as the User Community Website, may send periodic member letters that are considered part of the service. We may also occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from Target and its affiliates, as well as information on related events such as the Team Approach User Forum conference.
Sharing of Your Personal Information
Some Target services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company, such as Target Analysis Group, Inc. If you purchase or use such services, Target and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, hosting websites, processing transactions, processing event registrations, or performing statistical analysis of our services. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service, and they will be required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose without consent.
Target will not sell, lease or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent. We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Target; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Target (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Target services or members of the public.
Communication Preferences
You can stop the delivery of future promotional e-mail from Target sites and services by contacting us at webmaster@targetsite.com.
You may not stop the delivery of certain mandatory service communications that are considered part of certain Target services. You will receive such mandatory service communications periodically unless you cancel the service.
Security of Your Personal Information
Target is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card numbers or passwords) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Use of Cookies
Target web sites periodically use "cookies" that enable you to access our services and help personalize your online experience. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of Target sites and services that depend on cookies.
Controlling "Spam" or Unsolicited E-mail
Target is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail, or "spam." There is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. Using tools such as the Inbox Protector and being cautious about the sharing of your e-mail address while online will help reduce the amount of unsolicited e-mail you receive.

We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this statement.
