President & Chief Executive Officer

Michael (Mike) Gianoni

Mike Gianoni is president and CEO of Blackbaud, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLKB), a leading technology company that powers the business of philanthropy for its more than 30,000 nonprofit customers around the world. An experienced IT services executive, Mike’s interest in technology was sparked in high school when he took his first engineering class. Today, with degrees in both engineering and business – as well as an MBA and Honorary Doctorate from the University of New Haven – Mike has a successful track record of strong operational management of IT businesses that deliver value for customers, shareholders and employees.

A first-generation American with a passion for veterans’ initiatives, animal welfare (especially dogs), and exploring the U.S. coastline either by sailboat or motorcycle, Mike is an advocate for corporate cultures that encourage employees to thrive professionally and personally while accomplishing strong top-line growth.

Mike joined Blackbaud from Fiserv, Inc., a global provider of financial services technology solutions, where he was executive vice president and group president of the Financial Institutions Group. Previously, he was president of Fiserv’s Investment Services division, executive vice president and general manager of CheckFree Investment Services, and the leader of numerous divisions at DST, where he focused on developing new platforms and ensuring stronger operational controls. He is a former member of the board of directors for LibertyHealth System (New Jersey) and the American Red Cross Southeast County (Massachusetts).

Anthony Boor

Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration

Anthony (Tony) Boor

Tony Boor joined Blackbaud as its chief financial officer in November 2011. Tony is responsible for Blackbaud's financial reporting and controls, corporate IT, legal, and administrative services. Prior to joining the company, he served as an executive with Brightpoint, Inc. beginning in 1999, most recently as its executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. He also served as the interim president of Europe, Middle East and Africa during the company’s significant restructuring of that region. Tony served as director of business operations for Brightpoint North America from August 1998 to July 1999. Prior to joining Brightpoint, Tony was employed in various financial positions with Macmillan Computer Publishing, Inc., Day Dream Publishing, Inc., Ernst & Young LLP, Expo New Mexico, KPMG LLP and Ernst & Whinney LLP. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from New Mexico State University.

Charlie Cumbaa

Charlie Cumbaa

Charlie Cumbaa joined Blackbaud in May 2001. Cumbaa previously served as an executive vice president with Intertech Information Management from December 1998 until October 2000. From 1992 until 1998 he was president and chief executive officer of Cognitech, Inc., a software company he founded. Prior to that, he was employed by McKinsey & Company. Cumbaa holds a BA from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Charles L. Longfield

Chuck Longfield

Chuck Longfield became Blackbaud's chief scientist in January 2007 and is the founder of Target Software, Inc. and Target Analysis Group, Inc., both now Blackbaud companies. Longfield has extensive experience designing and implementing national as well as international constituency databases that address the fundraising information needs at many of the world's largest nonprofit organizations. In recognition of his accomplishments, Chuck is the recipient of the DMA 2012 Max Hart Nonprofit Achievement Award. Prior to founding the Target companies in 1992, Longfield taught math to middle and high school students. He was honored by FundRaising Success in 2007 with a lifetime achievement award for his contribution to the nonprofit sector. He holds a BA in mathematics and a MEd from Harvard University and has more than 30 years of experience helping nonprofits automate their fundraising operations.

Mary Beth Westmoreland

Vice President of Product Development

Mary Beth Westmoreland

Mary Beth Westmoreland is Vice President of Product Development, responsible for Blackbaud’s global product engineering, quality assurance engineering, user experience and user education teams. She started with Blackbaud in 2008 and has 25 years of experience in software engineering and product development. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Mary Beth was Vice President of Research and Development at Ipswitch, Inc. where she led product development for the company’s entire product portfolio, including the WS_FTP family of products and WhatsUp Gold Network Monitoring and IMail Server product suites. Before Ipswitch, Mary Beth spent 15 years at the Savannah River National Laboratory where she started as a programmer and eventually managed Enterprise and Technical Systems Engineering. Mary Beth graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Physics from Immaculata University located near Philadelphia, PA.

Jon Olson

Vice President &
General Counsel

Jon Olson

Jon Olson joined Blackbaud as General Counsel in September 2008. Jon is responsible for Blackbaud's legal activities, including negotiating commercial transactions, managing corporate governance activities and compliance. Before joining the company, he was an attorney with Alcatel-Lucent beginning in 1997. Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Jon was employed in various legal positions with MCI, Unisys and in private practice. He received his BS from Georgetown University, JD from Dickinson School of Law and MBA from Seton Hall University.

John Mistretta

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

John Mistretta

As the senior vice president of human resources, John Mistretta is responsible for leadership development and talent management at Blackbaud. A seasoned business executive, Mistretta has led human resource and training organizations throughout his 25-year career. Most recently, he was executive vice president of human resources and alternative businesses for the National Commerce Financial Corporation (now SunTrust). Previously, he spent 14 years at Citicorp, which at the time of his tenure was recognized as one of the leading human resource organizations in the world. Mistretta has been active with numerous nonprofits and community groups, including the Durham (North Carolina) Technical Community College Foundation and the Durham Workforce Development Board. He earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Kevin Mooney

President, General Markets Business Unit

Kevin Mooney

Kevin W. Mooney joined Blackbaud in July 2008 after serving as a senior executive at Travelport GDS. As chief commercial officer of Travelport GDS, one of the world's largest travel conglomerates with revenue of $2.6 billion and operations in 145 countries, Mooney was responsible for global sales, marketing, service and support activities. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer for Worldspan, and has held key executive positions in the telecommunications industry including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial officer of Cincinnati Bell and Broadwing, Inc.. Mooney graduated from Seton Hall University and holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.

Joe Moye

President, Enterprise Customer Business Unit

Joe Moye

Joe Moye is the President of our Enterprise Customer Business Unit. He joined Blackbaud in October of 2012, bringing 25 years of technology leadership and management consulting experience in both the private and public sectors. Before joining us, Joe was President and Chief Executive Officer for Capgemini Government Solutions, where he aggressively expanded the company in the U.S. public sector marketplace. Prior to Capgemini, Mr. Moye was the Founder and CEO of Gazelle Consulting, Inc., a branded leader in Business Intelligence professional services based in Atlanta, Georgia. Gazelle was acquired by Adjoined Consulting in 2005 and Joe integrated his team and led the combined Business Intelligence practice and, ultimately Kanbay’s practice after its acquisition of Adjoined, prior to Capgemini acquiring Kanbay. Before founding Gazelle Consulting, Mr. Moye held multiple leadership positions with Sequent Computer Systems and Unisys where he was responsible for leading business units and channels both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Moye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University. He is actively involved in his community and serves on the founding team of CURE Childhood Cancer — Sam Robb Fund.

Brad Holman

President, International Business Unit

Brad Holman

Brad Holman joined Blackbaud as president of the International Business Unit in September 2010. Brad leads Blackbaud's international operations including Blackbaud's England, Hong Kong, Australia, and Netherlands offices, as well as all international business development activities. Previously, he held a number of senior level executive roles in building and leading organizations across international markets, providing technology services to the Aviation and Travel Sectors. Brad most recently partnered in his own company that provided both technical and outsourcing services to these sectors and prior to that was the president and managing director, Asia Pacific for Travelport, a company that provides travel distribution technology services on a global platform. Brad held several roles with Travelport during his nine years with the company including managing director for Europe Middle East and Africa based in London and also senior vice president for airline services based in Hong Kong. Brad, who is now based in Sydney, holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.

Catherine LaCour

Vice President of Corporate Marketing

Catherine Lacour

Bringing 18 years of leadership experience to this role, Catherine LaCour is vice president of corporate marketing, responsible for Blackbaud’s global brand, corporate communications, public relations, event strategy, marketing services, and other strategic functions in order to catalyze new growth, accelerate innovation and deliver an outstanding customer experience. LaCour joined Blackbaud in 2009 serving as the company’s director of channel marketing for its Enterprise Business Unit, while also serving as a member of its Global Management Team. Before joining Blackbaud, LaCour was the vice president of marketing and product management at Regent Education, a software provider in the higher education space, where she led branding, marketing communications, demand generation, sales enablement, product direction and customer experience initiatives. Prior to Regent, she served in other various marketing leadership roles, including overseeing marketing and public relations practices for a consulting firm that served the public and private sector.

LaCour has a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from American Graduate School of International Management; after receiving her MBA, she worked in Africa for the International Telecommunications Union, an arm of the United Nations. She currently sits on the College of Charleston Graduate School’s Advisory Board.

Kevin McDearis

Senior Vice President, Global Product Development

Kevin McDearis

As Senior Vice President, Global Product Development for Blackbaud, Kevin McDearis is responsible for strategy development, innovation, and engineering of the company’s global portfolio of products supporting the nonprofit industry; working the globe with business and technical teams to develop innovative and reliable solutions that exceed quality and performance requirements. Prior to joining Blackbaud, he served as Chief Information Officer for Manhattan Associates, Inc., where he oversaw strategy development and service delivery for the company’s global IT infrastructure. Before Manhattan Associates, he served as Chief Technology Officer for the Enterprise Technology Group at Fiserv where he was responsible for solutions architecture and engineering. McDearis is a seasoned executive with more than 27 years of information technology experience in the financial services, ecommerce, and supply chain industries with a successful track record partnering with business leaders to plan, develop, and implement industry-leading information technology solutions to meet or exceed revenue, cost, and shareholder value objectives.

McDearis holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, currently sits as the vice chairman of the board & executive council member for Technology Association of Georgia, is an advisory board member for Georgia CIO Leadership Association, and is also member of Association of Telecommunications Professionals.
